One of the other things that’s keeping me busy is my continuing physio. I’ve been back in physio for almost a year now and progress is very, very slow (right now I’m in quite a lot of pain!!!). I have improved and I will continue to improve. I will work hard!!! One of the reasons I need physio is that I have Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder – this doesn’t just affect my musculo-skeletal system it also affects my gut (quite badly) and this is one reason (add in a mast cell disorder!) why I have to be very careful about what i eat and why a low FODMAP diet helps me keep some unwanted symptoms in check!
I hope you’re as excited about my new book as I am!
