Catch Up with FriFran Recipes and News! 21 May 2017

Hello !

I hope you are well and enjoying your weekend! Following lots of work to develop summer recipes I’m well on the way to some wonderful summer recipes ideas… ‘Gardening’ has been sidetracked by the weird, very wet, weather and a broken boiler…

This week on FriFran I have published….

Asparagus is in-season and is pretty amazing at the moment. With a vegetable as subtle and delicious as asparagus I like to keep it simple with Pan Fried Asparagus with Olive Oil and Lemon. Let the asparagus shine! This is a wonderful starter or served with a great warm pear salad it makes a main meal.

Keeping with the seasonal produce theme, there are some amazing vegetables available at the moment. I cannot think of a better way to allow the flavour, texture and sweetness of in-season vegetables to radiate their wonderfulness than Ratatouille. A wonderful dish served with light, fluffy and nutty Basics – Brown Rice. Yum…

FriFran Resource Library news…

Last week I published a free e-book: 10 Dishes in Under 30 Minutes which is now available for download via the FriFran Resource Library (you should have received your password when you signed up). All the recipes are quick and easy gluten-free | vegan | + plus.

I’ve also been working on more free resources: a great set of recipe cards. They are so cool. They really make me smile. I will show you a preview next week. All the recipes are totally new and will give you a whole weekend of gluten-free | vegan | + plus recipes

I promised you the Resource Library will grow and grow over time and it is taking shape :-0 Do tell me your thoughts on the e-book and are there any other titles or ideas you would like to see? I would love to hear from you!

And finally…

The new world of Facebook and Instagram are taking over my spare time. I am enthralled! I’m not new to social media, or technology, but I really had underestimated the power of the technology. Interesting times!!!
