Vegan fondant butternut squash with crispy sage

Looking for something special to cook up this Valentine’s Day? A special side dish? Look no further than this Fondant Butternut Squash recipe. Who doesn’t like a little bit of decadence from time to time? Everything in moderation is fine. I took inspiration from non-vegan fondant potatoes for these beauties.

These fondants bring out the natural sweetness of the butternut squash. They are melt in your mouth delicious, rich and moreish. A special side dish for a special main!
