I can’t promise you green food for St Patrick’s day but I can promise you a delicious traditional Irish Tea Brack which is amazing with a cup of tea!
Super easy to make this is a fruity decadent treat. The recipe is of course gluten free and vegan but it is also nut free, soya free and coconut free too! Wrap it when it is still warm, allow it to cool and store it in the fridge overnight. The Irish Tea Brack will be moist and delicious and it will have a lovely sticky coating.
