Totally amazing rosemary is the key to this dish. One of my favourite herbs. Rosemary is the warm aromatic thread of flavour stitching the butter beans and tomoato sauce toghether. Fancy a tapas lunch? Serve Butter Beans and Rosemary in Tangy Tomato Sauce with Crispy Roast Potatoes, olives, Houmous – Garlic-Free, Black Olive Tapenade… What a treat!
