Tuesday Soup Recipe – Roasted Squash Soup

Tuesday Soup Recipe – Roasted Squash Soup

It’s the first Tuesday of the month – it’s soup recipe time. We all have days when we Want a warming, comforting, delicious soup to envelop us? Look no further. This Roasted Squash Soup fits the bill. Super easy to make and if you already have some roasted squash in the freezer it is super quick too.

The seed powder topping with a drizzle of cold pressed pumpkin oil is one of my favourite soup (and salad) dressings. It packs a real punch of flavour and completes the soup. Perfect as a dinner party opener or a weekend supper this soup is versatile and sophisticated enough to work anytime and anywhere.
