Gluten Free, Vegan Quiche – Yes Way!
This Gluten Free, Vegan Quiche is (obviously) an egg-less quiche but has the texture of quiche and you can serve and eat it in a similar way. Great for buffets and even better for summer picnics. Very good finger food.
I love this with a Asian Slaw with Cumin Aioli and chutneys and pickles. If you want to serve this warm. Slice the cold, set quiche and gently fry or grill to add a little colour and warm through.
You can change up the spices and take the Gluten Free, Vegan Quiche from the Indian sub-continent to Mediterranean Europe. You can also bake this in a gluten free, vegan tart case… I will be sharing these recipes soon. Keep an eye out for them.
