What’s new with FriFran! 08 October 2017

Gluten-free, vegan pho. Onion-free, garlic-free.

With all the horrendous weather and natural events around the world in the last few weeks I hope all is good and autumn is treating you well. I’m getting stuck into FriFran planning for all the upcoming Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas festivities. Nothing crazy, just simple stuff. Catching up with my family and friends this week has been a joy! 🙂 

New and exclusive recipes this Week on FriFran… Gluten-Free | Vegan | Allergy-Friendly | Seasonal

This week’s recipes are two of my favourite ever. I ADORE Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and all Asian food. The spice, the salt, the flavour and the amazing ingredients. Not being able to eat gluten makes it pretty challenging to get take-away Asian food so I have been making my own pretty good (if I do say so myself!!!) versions. 

Comforting and Tasty Gluten-Free, Vegan Pho is just great! I have a horrendous cold at the moment and this bloody marvellous dish has made my week tolerable. I do highly recommend. 

Gluten-Free, Vegan Kimchi has long been my holy grail. I adore all things fermented, pickled, preserved. I adore spice. I adore salt. Gluten-Free, Vegan Kimchi hits the spot. Super easy to make, a relaxed morning or afternoon will see you with about four litres of this wondrous stuff (if that is too much just halve the recipe).

I am just finishing up a new addition to the FriFran Resource Library. A brand new EBook. Look out for the launch in the next few weeks!
