That is a hard question to answer because it depends on who is eating it. I like main meals to be easy to prepare, use easy to get hold of ingredients and not go disastrously wrong if you have to pause whilst making it or cooking it. I could eat Gluten Free Vegan Haggis all year round. It is traditional to eat haggis on Burns Night but I like it throughout the year and especially in the depths of winter as part of a celebration meal. I avoid the neeps but LOVE the tatties. And gravy!
