What Are Recuperative Drinks?
So, I don’t count coffee as a Recuperative Drink (it makes me feel very ‘giddy’ and often very sick…) and My Favourite Recuperative Drinks avoid alcohol too.
That leaves a lot of room for a lot of different types of drinks.
However, My Favourite Recuperative Drinks all have some property that is comforting and… hard to define. They just make me feel better.

Of all the smoothies I make Turmeric, Carrot and Orange Smoothie is one of my favourites. It is nourishing and zingy without being overpowering. I adore it not only as a breakfast but when I need something more than a snack. The combination of turmeric, carrot and orange is very powerful!
