My Favourite Recuperative Drinks are for you whether you have over-indulged, are under the weather or just need a reassuring pick-me-up. Not a drop of alcohol or caffeine in sight.

What Are Recuperative Drinks?

So, I don’t count coffee as a Recuperative Drink (it makes me feel very ‘giddy’ and often very sick…) and My Favourite Recuperative Drinks avoid alcohol too.
That leaves a lot of room for a lot of different types of drinks.
However, My Favourite Recuperative Drinks all have some property that is comforting and… hard to define. They just make me feel better.

From cold to hot and thick to thin My Favourite Recuperative Drinks all make me feel better whatever the situation and there is definitely one to suit here!

All totally Gluten-Free + Vegan + Allium-Free + COconut_Free + Seasonal (and coconut-free).

Of all the smoothies I make Turmeric, Carrot and Orange Smoothie is one of my favourites. It is nourishing and zingy without being overpowering. I adore it not only as a breakfast but when I need something more than a snack. The combination of turmeric, carrot and orange is very powerful!

If you have been burning the candle at both ends and need a little bit of nourishment Banana, Peanut Butter and Almond Smoothie will do the trick. Perfect for breakfast and wonderful as a mid-morning snack.

I turn to Turmeric Tea Latte when I am ill or under the weather. It’s not magic but it does taste great and make me feel warm inside. Wonderful!
