Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s your first burst of energy and nutrition for the day. You need Healthy Gluten-Free, Vegan Breakfast Ideas!!!! It has to be appetising, easy, nutritious and healthy. By healthy I don’t mean fruit – way too acidic on its own. Fruit is good but not just fruit.

Why Are Healthy Gluten-Free, Vegan Breakfast Ideas Important???

Breakfast is important because, as the name suggests, you are breaking your fast. Your first meal of the day and you need sustenance to start your day and get your body moving and functioning for the day to come. So, you need fuel, nutrition and hydration. You don’t need to get that from just one breakfast item – you can get that from several breakfast components.

I would also have fruit juice or water and redbush tea to go with breakfast. Keep it simple.
